Analysis on the Incidence of Common Diseases in ENT Health Examination

目的探析耳鼻喉科健康体检常见病发病情况。方法选择2020年1月-2021年9月于惠州市华康医院耳鼻喉科进行健康体检的120名健康体检者作为研究对象,统计对比120名健康体检者体检结果。结果男生组耳鼻喉科常见病总发生率(26.86%)略高于女生组(11.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.469,P<0.05)。老年组耳鼻喉科常见病患病人数多于青年组、中年组,秋冬季耳鼻喉科常见病总发生率高于春夏季,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性别、年龄、季节等因素均会对耳鼻喉科常见病发病率造成影响,其中男生、老年人群、秋冬季的耳鼻喉科常见病发病率相对更高,需重视耳鼻喉科常见病的预防与治疗,以维持身体健康。

Objective To explore the incidence of common diseases in ENT health examination.Methods From Janu⁃ary 2020 to September 2021,120 healthy subjects who underwent physical examinations in the Department of Otolar⁃yngology of Huakang Hospital in Huizhou City were selected as the research objects,and the physical examination results of these 120 subjects were statistically compared.Results The total incidence of common ENT diseases in the male group(26.86%)was slightly higher than that in the female group(11.33%),the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ2=4.469,P<0.05).The elderly group had more people with common ENT diseases than the young and middle-aged groups,and the total incidence of ENT common diseases in autumn and winter was higher than that in spring and summer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gender,age,season and other factors will affect the incidence rate of common otorhinolaryngologic diseases.Among them,the incidence rate of common otorhinolaryngologic diseases in boys,the elderly and autumn and winter is relatively higher.It is neces⁃sary to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of common otorhinolaryngologic diseases in order to maintain good health.
