左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征临床疗效及不良反应探讨

Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Levothyroxine Sodium in the Treatment of Senile Hypothyroidism Syndrome

目的对左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征临床疗效及不良反应展开系统分析。方法选取烟台芝罘医院2019年8月-2021年8月治疗的60例老年甲状腺功能减退患者作为探究目标,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组以甲状腺片治疗,观察组以左甲状腺素钠治疗。研究两组患者临床疗效、甲状腺激素含量、不良反应发生率、脂代谢水平。结果治疗后,观察组甲状腺激素含量及脂代谢水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)低于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.564,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.564,P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退患者可在提升临床效果的同时改善甲状腺激素含量及脂代谢水平,减少不良反应。

Objective To systematically analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of senile hypothyroidism syndrome.Methods 60 elderly patients with hypothyroidism who were treated in Yantai Zhifu Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were seleded as the study objects,and were randomly di⁃vided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thyroid tablets,and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium.The clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone content,incidence of adverse reactions,and lipid metabolism levels were studied in the two groups.Results After treatment,the content of thyroid hormone and lipid metabolism in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate(96.67%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.564,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the con⁃trol group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.564,P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine so⁃dium in the treatment of elderly patients with hypothyroidism can improve the clinical effect,improve thyroid hor⁃mone content and lipid metabolism,and reduce adverse reactions.
