特布他林雾化吸入与阿奇霉素联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎患儿的临床疗效及对炎性因子水平的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析在小儿支原体肺炎患儿治疗中应用特布他林雾化吸入与阿奇霉素联合治疗的疗效及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年10月新沂市人民医院收治的120例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为常规组和联合组,每组60例。常规组给予阿奇霉素常规治疗,联合组在阿奇霉素基础上联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗,对两组患儿症状缓解时间、治疗前后炎性因子水平及临床疗效进行评估。结果联合组的体温恢复正常时间(3.31±0.78)d、咳嗽停止时间(4.21±1.14)d、肺部啰音消失时间(5.81±1.72)d和胸片恢复正常时间(7.53±1.37)d均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-6(IL-6)]水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患儿的治疗总有效率96.67%高于常规组85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05)。结论特布他林雾化吸入与阿奇霉素联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效良好,可加速患儿康复进程,患儿临床症状缓解较快,炎症反应控制较快,有效提升治疗有效性。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of terbutaline inhalation combined with azithromycin in the treat⁃ment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and the effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 120 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into routine group and combined group by random num⁃ber table method,60 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine azithromycin therapy,while the com⁃bined group was given azithromycin in addition to terbutaline atomization inhalation therapy.The symptom relief time,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were evaluated in the two groups.Results The time for body temperature to return to normal(3.31±0.78)d,the time to stop coughing(4.21±1.14)d,the time for pulmonary rales to disappear(5.81±1.72)d,and the time for chest X-ray to return to normal(7.53±1.37)d in the combined group,shorter than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and interleukin-6(IL 6)]in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children in the combined group was 96.67% higher than that in the routine group 85.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of terbutaline inhalation and azithromycin has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,which can accelerate the recovery process of children,the clinical symptoms of children can be relieved quickly,and the inflammatory response can be controlled quickly,which can effectively improve the effectiveness of the treatment.
