探析细菌性阴道炎治疗中甲硝唑、克林霉素磷酸酯栓联合应用效果

Analysis of the Combined Application Effect of Metronidazole and Clindamycin pHospHate Suppository in the Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis

目的探析细菌性阴道炎治疗中甲硝唑、克林霉素磷酸酯栓联合应用的效果。方法选取2019年7月-2021年5月东营市广饶县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的102例细菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各61例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组联合克林霉素磷酸酯栓治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(93.44%vs 80.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.604,P=0.032);观察组白带异常、外阴瘙痒、黏膜充血、外阴灼痛、病原学检查转阴等临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅰ~Ⅱ度阴道洁净度及pH≤4.5人数显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组不良反应发生率比较(6.56%vs 4.92%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05),但观察组复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.971,P=0.008)。结论对细菌性阴道炎患者给予甲硝唑、克林霉素磷酸酯栓联合治疗,可增强疗效,快速改善患者临床症状,提升阴道洁净度,减轻患者痛苦,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of combined application of metronidazole and clindamycin pHospHate suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.Methods A total of 102 patients with bacterial vaginitis admitted to Guangrao County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from July 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,the observation group was treated with clindamycin pHospHate suppositories,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effec⁃tive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.44%vs 80.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.604,P=0.032).The clinical symptoms of the observation group,such as abnormal leucorrhea,pruritus vulvae,mucosal congestion,vulva burning pain and pathogenic examination turning negative,disappeared in shorter time than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The num⁃ber of patients withⅠ-Ⅱdegree vaginal cleanliness and pH≤4.5 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically sig⁃nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(6.56%vs 4.92%)(χ2=0.000,P>0.05),but the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.971,P=0.008).Conclusion Metronidazole and Clindamycin pHospHate Suppository combined therapy for patients with bacterial vaginosis can enhance the curative effect,rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve vaginal cleanliness,relieve the pain of patients,and have high safety.
