摘要
以中节能阳江南鹏岛300 MW海上风电项目风机基础导管架的建造过程为例,介绍一种导管架的建造方法。通过对其建造过程的研究,包括项目分解、施工流程、运输方式等,以期为后续类似工程提供借鉴。该项目采用将风电导管架分为过渡段、上部导管架、下部导管架3部分并同时进行施工,最后在总装室外场地进行总装的方案,其突出的优点是多点同时施工,有利于缩短施工周期,降低了总装所需大型吊机和辅助设备的规格和数量,节约了项目成本。
Taking the construction process of wind turbine foundation jacket of China Energy Conservation Yangjiang NANPENG Island 300 MW offshore wind power project as an example,through the research on its construction process,including project decomposition,construction process and transportation mode,this paper introduces a construction method of jacket to provide reference for subsequent similar projects. The project adopts the scheme that the wind turbine jacket is divided into three main parts:transition section,upper jacket and lower jacket, the construction is carried out at the same time,,and finally the general assembly is carried out at the site. The advantage of this method is that different parts are constructed at the same time,which is conducive to shorten the construction cycle,reduce the size of cranes and auxiliary equipment required for the general assembly,and save the project cost.
