摘要
基于学习型组织理论及其5项要素(自我超越、心智模式、共同愿景、团队学习和系统思考)建设学习型编辑团队,提出3项创建策略:完善心智,实现自我超越,促进持续成长;建立共同愿景,优化组织管理,促进团队学习;开展系统思考,提高整体效力,促进人才培养。
A learning editing team is constructed based on the learning organization theory and its five elements(personal mastery,mental model,shared vision,team learning and systematic thinking). Three creation strategies are proposed:Improving the mental model and achieving the personal mastery to promote the sustainable growth;Establishing the shared vision and optimizing the organization management to improve the team learning;Carrying out the systematic thinking and improving the whole effectiveness to promote the talent training.
