我国院士基本特征分布及学术特征分析——以1991—2020年增选医学相关院士为例

Analysis of Basic Characteristic Distribution and Academic Characteristic of Chinese Academicians——Taking Additional Election of Medical Academicians from 1991 to 2020 as an Example

选择1991—2020年中国工程院和中国科学院评选的院士中明确从事医学相关研究的院士(简称:医学院士)为研究对象,分析其增选年龄、地域分布等基本特征和学术特征,以期为新时代中国高技术人才的培育、遴选和调整提供参考依据。结果显示:目前医学院士地域分布不平衡,主要集中在东部及经济发达地区;普遍有留学经历,以博士及以上学历为主;增选年龄普遍低于其他学科;45~65岁是医学院士科研产出力和影响力的高峰期;医学院士的论文主要发表在核心中文期刊和SCI、SCIE、EI收录期刊上;医学院士发表论文影响力高,但高被引论文主要发表在外文期刊上。目前我国高技术医学人才存在地区聚集现象,且学历普遍较高,达到学术科研高峰期的年龄普遍偏低,所做研究发表的成果影响力高,并主要发表在国外英文期刊上。

The academicians who are clearly engaged in medical-related research(hereinafter referred to as medical academicians) among the academicians selected by the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 1991 to 2020 were selected as the research object to analyze the basic characteristics of age and geographical distribution and academic characteristics of medical academicians,in order to provide a reference for the cultivation,selection and adjustment of high-tech talents in China in the new era. The results show that the geographical distribution of medical academicians is uneven,mainly clustered in the eastern and economically developed regions. They generally have studied abroad,and mainly have a doctoral degree or above. Their age is generally lower than that of academicians of other disciplines. 45-65 years old is the peak period of scientific research output and influence of medical academicians. The papers of medical academicians are mainly published in core Chinese journals and journals included in SCI,SCIE,and EI. The papers published by medical academicians have great influence,but highly cited papers are mainly published in foreign journals. In short,China’s high-tech medical talents are clustered in regions,their academic qualifications are generally high,the age at which they reach the peak of academic research is generally low,the results of research and publication are highly influential,and they are mainly published in foreign English journals.
