基于轴载谱的福建省高速公路交通荷载参数优化 被引量:1

Traffic Load Parameter Optimization of Expressway in Fujian Province Based on Axle Load Spectrum

摘要 选取2018年1月~2020年8月之间福建省9条高速公路22个代表性收费站处的动态轴载称重数据与收费车型数据进行分析,明确了动态轴载称重数据、收费车型与现行公路沥青路面设计规范中车辆类型的对应关系,计算了福建省高速公路的车辆类型分布系数、满载车比例、等效轴载作用次数,并与现行公路沥青路面设计规范中的推荐值与计算结果相对比,优化了福建高速公路的交通荷载参数。结果表明,福建省高速公路车型组成与规范中TTC1~TTC5的推荐值均存在较大差异,但基于实测车型组成与基于TTC3的轴载换算结果接近。在近年强力治超的背景下,福建高速公路各类车型的满载车比例远低于规范推荐值。以沥青层与路基指标换算轴载时,基于实测轴载数据计算的轴载换算系数略低于规范推荐值;但以无机结合料层指标换算轴载时,多数车型的实测换算系数比规范值低1~2个数量级,规范推荐值严重偏大。 The dynamic axle load weighing data and toll vehicle type data of 22 representative toll stations of 9 expressways in Fujian Province from January 2018 to August 2020 are selected in this paper. The corresponding relationship between collected data of the dynamic axle load weighing data and toll vehicle type and the vehicle types in the current Specifications for Design of Highway Asphalt Pavement is defined. The vehicle type distribution coefficient, the proportion of fully loaded vehicles, and the number of equivalent axle loads of the Fujian Expressway are calculated and compared with the recommended values in the current “Specifications for Design of Highway Asphalt Pavement” and the calculated results, and the traffic load parameters of the Fujian Expressway are optimized. The results show that there are great difference between the composition of expressway vehicles in Fujian Province and the recommended values of TTC1 to TTC5 in the specification, but the axle load conversion results based on the measured vehicle composition are close to those based on TTC3. Under the background of vigorously controlling overloading activities in recent years, the proportion of fully loaded vehicles of all of the vehicle types in Fujian expressway is far lower than the recommended values. When the axle load is converted by the indexes of asphalt layer and subgrade, the axle load conversion coefficient calculated based on the measured axle load data is slightly lower than the recommended values in the specification. However, when the axle load is converted by the index of inorganic binder layer, the measured conversion coefficients of most vehicle types are 1-2 orders of magnitude lower than the recommended values, and the recommended values in the specifications are too large.
