摘要
为减少涵顶沉降对波纹钢结构受力变形的影响,使用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,采取铺设25 cm EPS减载板、设置15 cm泡沫轻质土减载块以及同时使用15 cm泡沫轻质土和35 cm EPS组合减载块等10种措施,对波纹钢管涵洞进行减载处理,研究各减载措施对涵洞沉降量、涵周土压力及涵洞应力特征分析的影响,探究其减载效果,并通过比较得到波纹钢管涵洞最佳减载方案。研究结果表明:使用15 cm泡沫轻质土减载块时路基顶面沉降最小;在涵洞上部及涵侧土应力减载方面,使用15 cm轻质土+35 cm EPS组合减载块效果最好;若只能单独使用某种减载措施,EPS减载板的减载效果更佳。
In order to reduce the impact of culvert top settlement on the stress and deformation of corrugated steel structure,in this paper the FLAC3 D numerical simulation software is used,ten kinds of reducing loads measures are taken to reduce the load of the corrugated steel culvert such as laying 25 cm EPS load reduction board,setting 15 cm foam light soil load reduction block,and using combined measure of 15 cm foam light soil and 35 cm EPS combination reduction block etc,and the influence of each load reduction measure on the settlement of the culvert,the earth pressure around the culvert and the analysis of the stress characteristics of the culvert is studied,the load reduction effect is explored,and the best load reduction solution for corrugated steel pipe culvert is obtained after comparisons.The research results show that the top surface settlement of the subgrade is the smallest when using 15 cm foam lightweight soil load-reducing block;in terms of the stress reduction of the soil on the upper part and sides of the culvert,the 15 cm lightweight soil+35 cm EPS combination load-reducing block has the best effect;and in case of using a certain load shedding measure alone,the EPS load shedding board is featured with the best loading reduction effect.
