复合浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装车辙病害层位分布特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用Abaqus有限元软件,以及国标车辙、法国车辙和汉堡车辙试验等研究了复合浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装方案中各结构层形变对于总车辙深度的贡献率,结果表明:在不同车辙深度下,高弹改性沥青混凝土(AC)铺装上层贡献率均大于浇注式沥青混凝土(GA)铺装下层;但随着总车辙深度的增大,AC层贡献率逐渐降低,GA层贡献率逐渐提升,车辙病害逐步向铺装下层发展。该研究成果对于了解复合浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装车辙分布规律及不同程度车辙病害维修养护方案的制定具有借鉴意义。 The contribution rate of deformation of each structural layer to the total rutting depth in the composite gussasphalt steel deck pavement is studied by using ABAQUS finite element software and national standard rutting test, French rutting test and Hamburg wheel tracking test. The results show that the contribution rate of the upper layer of high elastic modified asphalt concrete(AC) is higher than that of the lower layer of gussasphalt concrete(GA) at different rut depths. However, with the increase of the total rut depth, the contribution rate of AC layer gradually decreases, the contribution rate of GA layer gradually increases, and the rutting gradually develops to the lower layer. The results of this study have a good reference significance for understanding the rutting distribution law of composite gussasphalt steel bridge deck pavement, and also for the establishment of rut maintenance program of different degrees.
