摘要
针对早期钢管索开口护栏的不足,利用计算机仿真碰撞分析方法进行优化计算,研究提出新型钢管索中央分隔带开口护栏设计。新结构经过实车足尺碰撞试验验证,防护等级达到Am级(防护能量≥160 kJ),安全性能满足现行评价标准要求;同时新型开口护栏还具备景观通透、方便开启、灵活移动、适应性强和防盗等综合功能及优势,更加适用于当前公路中央分隔带开口位置的防护设置;目前已在多个省份的高速公路应用,取得良好效果。
For the deficiencies of the early movable barrier with pretension wires in steel tube, a new design of the moveable highway barrier of median opening with pretension strands in tube is proposed by using the computer simulation collision analysis method. The new structure is verified by the full-size impact test using real vehicle. The test result indicates that the protection reaches Am level(protection energy ≥160 kJ), and the safety performance meets the requirements of the current evaluation standards. At the same time, the new barrier is featured with transparent appearance, convenient opening, flexible movement, strong adaptability and anti-theft and other comprehensive functions and advantages, which makes it more suitable for the protective settings for the opening position of the current highway central divider. At present, the new design has been applied in many provinces with satisfied effect.
