摘要
高速公路拥堵常发,动态限速管控对于拥堵治理具有较好的作用。通过梳理动态限速的相关研究内容,发现了当前高速公路动态限速研究存在的不足,分析了高速公路拥堵产生的机理,确定了高速公路动态限速的流程,阐明了动态限速的原理,基于通行能力、设计速度、交通量,给出了高速公路动态限速方案,基于VISSIM仿真模拟了宁波某高速公路的交通运行情况,采用正交试验的方法对仿真模型进行了标定,利用python编程进行VISSIM的二次开发,实现了高速公路动态限速管控效果的仿真评估,仿真结果表明:与静态限速管控相比,动态限速对高速公路交通拥堵状态有明显的改善作用,运行延误降低了14.9%,行程时间缩短了16.3%,提高了拥堵路段的通行效率。
Highway congestion often occurs, and dynamic speed limit control plays a good role in congestion control. By combing the relevant research contents of dynamic speed limit, the shortcomings of the current research on expressway dynamic speed limit are explored, the mechanism of expressway congestion is analyzed, the process of expressway dynamic speed limit is determined, the principle of dynamic speed limit is clarified, and the expressway dynamic speed limit scheme is given based on traffic capacity, design speed and traffic volume. Based on VISSIM simulation, the traffic operation of an expressway in Ningbo is simulated.The simulation model is calibrated by orthogonal test method,and the secondary development of VISSIM is carried out by python programming,so as to realize the simulation evaluation of the effect of expressway dynamic speed limit control.The simulation results show that compared with static speed limit control,dynamic speed limit can significantly improve the traffic congestion of expressway,reduce the operation delay by 14.9%,shorten the travel time by 16.3%,and improve the traffic efficiency of congested sections.
