预加热对机场道路融雪化冰的影响研究 被引量:1

Research on the Influence of Preheating on the Snow Melting and Ice Melting of Airport Roads

摘要 为研究预加热对机场道路融雪化冰效率的影响,在大型恒温实验室中制作埋设了碳纤维发热线的机场道路试件,并进行了无预热与有预热融雪化冰模型试验。试验结果表明:融化相同体积的冰雪,采用预加热的方式效率更高,且能源消耗更低。通过ANSYS数值仿真软件建立机场道路试件的模型,进行无预热与有预热的数值仿真计算,将计算结果与试验结果进行验证及分析,发现通过数值仿真软件计算得到的结果符合实际规律,且可以通过更精确合理的边界条件提高结果的准确性,为实际机场道路融雪化冰方案的设计提供有效的软件支持。 In order to study the effect of preheating on the efficiency of snow melting and ice melting on airport roads, test pieces of airport roads embedded with carbon fiber heating wires are fabricated in a large constant temperature laboratory, and model tests of snow melting and ice melting without preheating and with preheating are carried out. The test results show that the preheating method is more efficient for melting the same volume of ice and snow, and the energy consumption is lower. The model of the airport road specimen is established by ANSYS numerical simulation software, and the numerical simulation calculations without preheating and with preheating are carried out. The calculation results and the test results are verified and analyzed. It is found that the results calculated by the numerical simulation software conform to the actual law, and the accuracy of the results can be improved through more precise and reasonable boundary conditions, and effective software support can be provided for the design of the actual airport road snow and ice solution.
