溶剂型冷补沥青技术性能的影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 对溶剂型冷补沥青的稀释剂挥发特性进行了对比研究,以标准黏度、布氏黏度和黏附性为评价指标,研究了加工工艺参数和材料组成配方对溶剂型冷补沥青技术性能的影响。研究结果表明:柴油和煤油两种稀释剂的挥发损失率与试验时间基本呈线性比例关系,煤油的挥发性明显大于柴油;煤油作为稀释剂时冷补沥青的标准黏度和布氏黏度较柴油的略低,但差异性不明显;提高稀释剂用量能够显著降低冷补沥青黏度,对于改性冷补沥青,当稀释剂从20%增加到30%时,布氏黏度从4.837 Pa·s下降到1.606 Pa·s;SBS掺量越大,改性冷补沥青的黏度越大,建议SBS掺量采用1%;制备改性冷补沥青时,推荐使用先改性后稀释的方法;搅拌时间对冷补沥青黏度的影响不明显,为提高试验效率,加入稳定剂后的搅拌时间宜取0.5 h。 In this paper, a comparative study on the diluent volatilization characteristics of solvent-based cold patching asphalt is carried out. Using standard viscosity, Brookfield viscosity and adhesion as evaluation indicators, the influence of processing parameters and material composition on the technical properties of solvent cold patching asphalt are studied. The results show that the volatile loss rate of diesel oil and kerosene basically linearly proportional to the test time, and the volatile of kerosene is more than diesel oil. When kerosene is used as diluent, the standard viscosity and Brookfield viscosity of solvent cold patching asphalt are slightly lower than diesel oil, but the difference is not obvious. Increasing the amount of diluent can significantly reduce the viscosity of solvent cold patching asphalt. When the diluent is increased from 20% to 30%, the Brookfield viscosity decreases from 4.837 Pa.s to 1.606 Pa.s of modified solvent cold patching asphalt.The higher the SBS content is,the higher viscosity of the modified solvent cold patching asphalt will be.It is suggested that 1% SBS should be used.When preparing modified cold patching asphalt,it is recommended to use the method of modification before dilution.The mixing time has no obvious effect on the viscosity of cold-patching asphalt.In order to improve the test efficiency,the mixing time after adding stabilizer is 0.5h.
