摘要
采用低滚动阻力轮胎配方,研究带束层和胎体骨架材料的结构以及不同试验条件对轮胎滚动阻力的影响。结果表明:当胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225ST钢丝帘线,带束层采用4+3×0.35ST钢丝帘线,2#带束层宽度与行驶面宽度的比值在90%以上时,轮胎的滚动阻力最低;随着试验速度或试验负荷的增大,轮胎的滚动阻力系数减小。
Using a low rolling resistance tire formulation,the effects of the structure of belt and carcass skeleton materials and different test conditions on the tire rolling resistance were studied.The results showed that when 3×0.24+9×0.225ST steel cord was adopted for the carcass and 4+3×0.35ST steel cord was adopted for the belt,and the ratio of 2#belt width to driving surface width was more than 90%,the rolling resistance of the tire was the lowest.As the test speed or test load was increased,the rolling resistance coefficient of the tire decreased.
