摘要 分析330 kV变压器合闸励磁涌流的影响因素,根据TRANSMAG-2D软件仿真计算结果和现场主变投运时的实际情况,得出不同的合闸角和剩磁是造成变压器在合闸时出现差异的主要原因。合闸角、剩磁及电网电压超过变压器实际档位电压时,对励磁涌流的影响较大,可对主变进行直流电阻测量后进行消磁处理,并在主变送电前将主变分接档位调整至1档。 The influencing factors of the closing excitation inrush current of 330 kV transformers are analyzed. According to the simulation calculation results of TRANSMAG-2 D software and the actual situation when the main transformer is put into operation, it is concluded that different closing angles and residual magnetization are the causes of the transformers closing when they are closed. The main reason for the difference. When the closing angle, remanence and grid voltage exceed the actual gear voltage of the transformer, the influence on the excitation inrush current is greater. The main transformer can be demagnetized after the DC resistance measurement, and the main transformer can be tapped before power transmission. Adjust the gear to 1 st gear.
