摘要
遥控式安全绳挂钩自动脱钩装置是通过齿轮齿条传动机构进行力的传导,进而实现小空间内力的传递,完成机构自动脱钩。在使用过程中,可通过遥控器控制电机进行脱销,由装置自身重力作用,向下自由落体,通过牵引绳控制其下落速度。该装置无需高处人员进行作业,即可高效、安全地实现安全绳挂钩自动脱钩。
The remote control safety rope hook automatic decoupling device transmits force through the rack and pinion transmission mechanism,thereby realizing the transmission of internal force in a small space and completing the automatic decoupling of the mechanism.In the process of use,the motor can be controlled by the remote control to be out of stock,and the device can freely fall downwards under the action of its own gravity,and the falling speed is controlled by the traction rope.The device can efficiently and safely realize the automatic decoupling of the safety rope hook without the need for high-level personnel to operate.
