摘要
针对某换流站7633交流滤波器鸟害引起的不平衡保护跳闸,从故障录波、现场检查及取样等方面进行分析。详细阐述了氟硅胶绝缘层在喷涂施工过程中存在的弱点,提出了电容器台架C型钢梁采用无溶剂氟硅胶和电容器固定用“L”型角钢表面采用绝缘封闭罩加强措施,同时对绝缘加强材料提出了弹性模量、易成型等要求。通过对电容塔固定用“L”型角钢和电容器台架C型钢梁的绝缘加强,整体提升交流滤波器电容塔绝缘强度,为后续交流滤波器鸟害防治提供了参考方案。
Aiming at the tripping of unbalanced protection caused by bird damage of 7633 AC filter in a converter station,the analysis is made from the aspects of fault recording,on-site inspection and sampling.The weakness of the fluorosilicone insulating layer in the spraying construction process is expounded in detail,and it is proposed that the C-shaped steel beam of the capacitor stand is made of solvent-free fluorosilicone and the surface of the"L"-shaped angle steel used for capacitor fixing is strengthened by an insulating cover.At the same time,the insulation is strengthened.The material puts forward requirements such as elastic modulus and easy molding.By strengthening the insulation of the"L"-shaped angle steel for fixing the capacitor tower and the C-shaped steel beam of the capacitor stand,the overall insulation strength of the AC filter capacitor tower is improved,which provides a reference plan for the subsequent AC filter bird damage prevention and control.
