三七中农药残留联合健康风险评估 被引量:6

Combined health risk assessment of pesticide residues in Panax notoginseng

摘要 研究三七中农药残留对人体的联合健康风险。针对出自文山平坝、云南曲靖等不同产地的51个三七样品进行农药残留检测,利用相对毒效因子法将各值与其相对应的残留限量值和安全指导值等结合进行联合健康风险评估,并将结果利用@risk 7.5软件进行迭代。结果表明,检测的51个三七样本中,烯酰吗啉的检出率为100%,腐霉利、毒死蜱和吡唑醚菊酯的检出率均大于90%。针对联合毒性风险而言,三七中有机氯类杀虫剂和酰胺类杀菌剂农药残留对人体存在一定的健康风险,有机磷类、蜕皮激素类杀虫剂和噁唑类、有机氯类杀菌剂对人体存在潜在风险。有机氯类杀虫剂中,贡献水平最高的为狄氏剂,为18.66%,其次为七氯、环氧七氯和艾氏剂,分别占该类别累计暴露的15.99%、15.99%和13.33%,其余的均低于10%。酰胺类杀菌剂中,烯酰吗啉的贡献率最高,高达99.79%。居民长期服用三七存在一定的健康风险,需对烯酰吗啉的残留引起重视,且针对有机氯类杀虫剂建议加强农药污染土壤的修复。 The researh is to study the Joint health risks of pesticide residues in Panax Notoginseng to humans.51 samples of Panax notoginseng from Wenshan Pingba,Qujing,Yunnan and other places were detected for pesticide residues.The method of relative effect factor was used to evaluate the joint health risk by combining each value with its corresponding residue limit value and safety guidance value,and the results were iterated using@Risk 7.5 software.The results show that in 51 samples of Panax notoginseng,the detection rate of dimethomorph was 100%,and the detection rates of procymidone,chlorpyrifos and permethrin were more than 90%.In view of the combined toxicity risk,the pesticide residues of organochlorine and carboxylic acid amide fungicide in Panax notoginseng have certain health risks,organophosphorus fungicides,ecdysone insecticides and oxazoles,organochlorine fungicides have potential risks to human body.Among organochlorine pesticides,the contribution level of dieldrin was the highest,accounting for 18.66%,followed by heptachloride,epoxichloride and aldrin,accounting for 15.99%,15.99%and 13.33%,and the rest were all less than 10%.Among carboxylic acid amide fungicide,dimethomorph had the highest contribution rate of 99.79%.Long-term use of Panax notoginseng has certain health risks for residents,so it is necessary to pay attention to the residue of dimethomorph,and it is suggested to strengthen the remediation of pesticide contaminated soil for organochlorine.
