摘要
采用化学置换反应的方法在镍粉表面包覆一层过渡层,实现表面改性,再将改性的镍粉与银粉均匀混合,用来制备银镍触头材料。利用此生产工艺制备出来的银镍材料,相比现有的传统工艺,其加工性能和电气性能得到显著的提高。
A transition layer was coated on the surface of nickel powder by chemical displacement reaction to realize surface modification,and then the nickel powder coated with trasition element was mixed with silver powder to prepare silver nickel contract material.Compared with the material produced by existing traditional process,the processing performances and electrical properties of the silver nickel material produced by this new process are significantly improved.
