摘要
研究了热轧卷取温度对0.90%Si无取向硅钢组织、织构以及铁损、磁感的影响。结果表明,只改变热轧卷取温度,在其他生产工艺相同条件下,690℃卷取比580℃卷取生产的产品,铁损低0.25 W/kg,磁感高0.02 T。从织构分析结果看,690℃卷取时,热轧板占据较大比例的{001}和{011}面织构,而580℃卷取时,{112}和{111}面织构占比较大。退火后,采用580℃卷取的退火成品板相对于690℃卷取的试样含有大量对磁性能不利的{111}织构组分,且强度较大。
In this paper,0.90%Si non-oriented silicon steel is taken as the research object,and the microstructure,texture,iron loss and magnetic induction in different hot rolling coiling temperature are analyzed.The results show that only the hot rolling coiling temperature is changed,and under the same conditions of other production processes,the products coiled at 690℃are 0.25 W/kg lower in iron loss and 0.02 T higher in magnetic induction than those coiled at 580℃.From the texture analysis results,hot rolled plates occupy a large proportion of{001}and{011}surface textures when coiling at 690℃,while{112}and{111}surface textures occupy a large proportion when coiling at 580℃.After annealing,the annealed finished plate coiled at 580℃contains a large number of{111}texture components which are unfavorable to magnetic properties,and the strength is larger than that of the sample coiled at 690℃.
