摘要
以金属材料材质检测为主要内容,针对材质检测实际情况,综合运用现有的完备检测设备,探讨了电子电器产品中零部件材料材质判断和成分分析的检测策略。详细阐述了X荧光分析、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)以及碳硫分析等金属材料的检测原理和方法,以及各检测方法在实际检测过程中的优缺点。为提升检测效率,基于各检测方法对不同材料适应性的权衡,并结合作者多年工作经验的总结,介绍了一套行之有效的、能够对不同金属进行材质判断和成分分析的检测流程,对提高材料材质检测效率具有重要指导意义。
This paper takes the inspecting technologies of metal material as the main content.The selection of inspecting technologies with regard to electrical and electronic products is detailed with consideration of the specific task of quality inspecting and the utilizing of related devices.Material determining and composition analysis of electronic products are analyzed.Some testing methods are presented in this paper,such as the X-ray fluorescence analytic device,ICP-OES and infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer.The pros and cons of these methods are analyzed to choose an appropriate detecting method.In order to guarantee the efficiency of quality testing,an efficient and accurate testing procedure is introduced.This research will play an instructive effect at improving the efficiency of quality inspecting.
