摘要
政府网站是政府机关履行职能、面向社会提供服务的官方网站,政务新媒体分为系统开发政务新媒体和账户政务新媒体。本文对政府网站与政务新媒体的融合研究进行了探索,对自然资源部门户网站与自然资源部客户端等新媒体的融合实践进行梳理总结。自然资源部门户网站与政务新媒体的融合实践表明,政府网站与系统开发政务新媒体的融合适合采用共用内容管理系统、超链接和嵌套技术等方式,政府网站与账户政务新媒体的融合适合采用人工选取政府网站信息发布方式。政府网站、政务新媒体的建设和维护应注意提前谋划政府网站与政务新媒体的融合,最好实现政府网站与政务新媒体统一维护。
Government website is an official website for government organs to perform their functions and provide services to the society.New media of government affairs is divided into system development new media of government affairs and account new media of government affairs.This paper explores the research on the integration of government website and new media of government affairs,combs and summarizes the integration practice of new media such as the portal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the APP of the Ministry of Natural Resources.The integration practice of the portal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the new media of government affairs shows that the integration of the government website and the system development new media of government affairs is suitable to adopt the methods of shared content management system,hyperlink and nesting technology,while the integration of the government website and account new media of government affairs is suitable to adopt the information release method of the government website by artifical selection.The construction and maintenance of government website and new media of government affairs should pay attention to planning the integration of government website and new media of government affairs in advance,and it is best to realize the unified maintenance of government website and new media of government affairs.
