摘要
水资源是三亚市未来发展的重点掣肘,分析最近22年三亚市的降雨量及水资源总量发现,在50%、70%、90%的降雨保证率下,三亚市水资源总量分别为15.95×10^(8)、13.83×10^(8)、11.18×10^(8) m^(3)。根据三亚市的供水现状,在供水保证率为97%的前提下,三亚市水资源可利用总量为5.50×10^(8) m^(3),水资源人口承载力为212万人(城镇化率为87%)。三亚市规划总供水规模为123.7×10^(4) m^(3)/d,当地水资源可利用总量无法满足未来城市规划的需求,建议通过区域调水、新建供水水源地等措施保障供水安全。
Water resources are key constraints for the future development of Sanya City.The rainfall data and the total water resources of Sanya City in the past 22 years were analyzed,and the total amount of water resources were 15.95×10^(8) m^(3),13.83×10^(8) m^(3) and 11.18×10^(8) m^(3) respectively under the rainfall guarantee rate of 50%,70%and 90%.According to the current situation of water supply in Sanya City,the total available water resources were 5.50×10^(8) m^(3) and the demographic carrying capacity of water resources was 2.12 million(urbanization rate of 87%)when the water supply guarantee rate was 97%.The planned total water supply scale of Sanya City was 123.7×10^(4) m^(3)/d,and the local total available water resources were unable to meet the demand of future urban planning.Therefore,regional water transfer and new water supply sources were recommended to ensure water supply security.
