摘要
运动障碍普遍存在于自闭症谱系障碍(简称ASD)中,如大肌肉运动及精细运动控制等问题。文章通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等,对广州市自闭症儿童的大肌肉运动能力进行研究。以12名ASD儿童为研究对象,随机均分为实验组和对照组,实验周期为八周。实验组进行奥尔夫音乐与体育游戏干预,对照组则进行体育游戏干预,使用TGMD-2对ASD儿童的大肌肉运动能力进行评估。研究发现,实验组与对照组均能有效提高ASD儿童的大肌肉运动能力(包括移动能力和物体控制能力),其中单脚跳、侧滑步和击固定球的分数提高较为明显;实验组对ASD儿童大肌肉运动能力的干预效果较好。
Dyskinesia is common in autistic spectrum disorders(ASD),such as large muscle movement and fine motor control.Through the methods of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the large muscle motor ability of autistic children in Guangzhou.Twelve children with ASD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental period was eight weeks.The experimental group received Orff music and sports game intervention,while the control group received sports game intervention.TGMD-2 was used to evaluate the large muscle motor ability of ASD children.It was found that both the experimental group and the control group could effectively improve the large muscle movement ability(including movement ability and object control ability)of ASD children,in which the scores of single foot jump,side slip step and hitting fixed ball were significantly improved,and the intervention effect of the experimental group on the large muscle movement ability of ASD children was better.
