我国运动干预儿童青少年脊柱侧弯效果:Meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:为全面探讨运动干预方式对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的防治效果。方法:在中国知网、万方数据、万方医学等中文期刊数据平台,以“脊柱侧弯(AIS)”、“青少年”、“运动”等关键词组合进行检索,获取数据后筛选纳入随机对照试验研究文献13篇,采用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。研究结果:纳入的文献中低质量文献7篇,高质量文献6篇。运动干预对脊柱侧弯青少年Cobb角具有明显改善效果,运动能够增强脊柱侧弯青少年左右侧屈角度以及躯干肌肉力量。结论:运动干预能够有效减轻青少年脊柱侧弯症状,增强躯干灵活性及肌肉力量。在运动干预方式中,力量训练集合手法治疗效果最佳。青少年脊柱侧弯问题应当首先加强预防控制,后续提高治疗水平。介入治疗时应选取合适的方法。未来有关运动干预防治青少年脊柱侧弯相关研究应加强实验设计的严谨性。 Objective:To comprehensively explore the effect of exercise intervention on the prevention and treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods:Search on the data platforms of CNKI,Wanfang Data,Wanfang Medical,etc.with keyword combinations such as"Scoliosis(AIS)"and"Adolescents".After obtaining the data,they were screened and included in the research literature of randomized controlled trials.13 papers,using Revman5.3 software for Meta analysis.Research results:Among the included literature,7 were low-quality articles and 6 were high-quality articles.Exercise intervention can significantly improve the Cobb angle of scoliosis teenagers.Exercise can enhance the left and right flexion angle and trunk muscle strength of scoliosis teenagers.Conclusion:Exercise intervention can effectively alleviate the symptoms of adolescent scoliosis,enhance trunk flexibility and muscle strength.Among the sports intervention methods,strength training has the best treatment effect.The problem of adolescent scoliosis should first strengthen prevention and control,and then improve the level of treatment.Appropriate methods should be selected during interventional treatment.The rigor of experimental design should be strengthened in the future research on sports intervention to prevent and treat adolescent scoliosis.
