中性粒细胞外诱捕网与眼表感染和炎症的关系

Neutrophil extracellular traps and related infection and inflammation on ocular surface

摘要 近十多年来,大量研究证实中性粒细胞在抗菌过程中可释放一种含DNA的网状结构进行诱捕杀伤病原体,该结构被称为中性粒细胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NET)。作为一种新型的抗菌机制,NET受到广泛学者的关注和大量研究。然而,研究表明过量的NET对组织造成一定损伤,参与多种疾病的病理过程。此外,众多研究在泪膜中发现了聚集的NET,这表明NET在眼表抵御病原体发挥重要作用,同时过量NET又促进眼表的炎性反应。本文描述了NET在眼表系统中的双重作用,介绍NET在眼表的抗感染作用和促炎反应,旨在为眼表炎症及感染的发病机制及治疗方案提供新思路。 Over the last decade,numerous studies have demonstrated that neutrophils could trap and kill pathogens by releasing a reticular structure containing DNA,which is named as neutrophil extracellular traps(NET).As a new antimicrobial mechanism,NET has been widely concerned and studied by plenty of scholars.However,increasing evidence showed that excess NET could cause some damage for tissue,which is involved in the pathological processes of various diseases.In addition,researchers have found aggregated NET in tear film,suggesting a key role of NET in defending against pathogens on ocular surface,while excessive NET promoted an inflammatory process on ocular surface.This article describes the latest research progress on the dual role of NET on ocular surface system,focusing on the anti-pathogenic effects and pro-inflammatory responses of NET to provide a new avenue for pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies of ocular surface inflammation and infection.
