初中起点本科层次学前教育师资培养模式探索 被引量:2

摘要 为克服传统师资培养中存在的培养层次不高、理论与实践脱节、生源质量不高等问题,初中起点、3年中专层次、4年本科层次的学前教育师资培养模式应运而生。该模式秉持理论与实践融合的培养理念,通过科学设置培养目标、优化课程体系设计、突出教学的实践导向、加强培养质量监控,较好地提高了生源质量,提升了学生的专业认同度与综合素养,同时也促进了学前教育师资培养模式的创新。 To solve the problems of traditional teacher training such as low level and poor quality,a special kind of undergraduate level preschool teacher training model taking junior high school as the start point has been put forward by some normal colleges. The model holds the concept of integrating theory and practice, scientifically sets training objectives, optimizes curriculum system, highlights practice orientation and strengthens training quality monitoring. It’s proved to be a beneficial attempt to improve the training system of preschool teachers.
