生物反馈电刺激联合盆底康复锻炼对子宫切除患者的临床疗效研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究生物反馈电刺激联合盆底康复锻炼对子宫切除患者的临床疗效。方法选取110例进行子宫切除术患者,随机分为康复锻炼组与联合组,各55例。康复锻炼组予盆底康复训练,联合组予盆底康复训练联合生物反馈电刺激。比较2组漏尿量,盆底肌力,盆底功能问卷简表(PFIQ-7),性生活质量问卷及PISQ-12评分。结果与康复锻炼组比较,术后1个月、3个月联合组漏尿量均明显低于康复锻炼组(P<0.05);2组术后3个月盆底肌力明显改善(P<0.05),且联合组盆底肌力等级明显优于康复锻炼组(P<0.05);与术后1个月比较,2组术后3个月PFIQ-7评分、性生活质量问卷及PISQ-12评分明显升高(P<0.05),联合组明显高于康复锻炼组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复锻炼用于子宫切除患者可有效改善患者,盆底肌力及盆底功能,减少漏尿量,提高PISQ-12评分,提高患者性生活质量,效果较好。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with the pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise for patients with hysterectomy.Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing hysterectomy were selected and randomly divided into a rehabilitation exercise group and a combination group,with 55 cases in each group.The rehabilitation exercise group received a pelvic floor rehabilitation training,while the combination group received the pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with a biofeedback electrical stimulation.The urine leakage,pelvic floor muscle strength,scores of the Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-7(PFIQ-7),sexual life quality questionnaire and Prolapse/Urinary Incontinence Sexual Questionnaire short form(PISQ-12)were compared between the two groups.Results The urine leakage of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the rehabilitation exercise group after one month and three months of operation(P<0.05),while the pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was significantly improved after three months of operation(P<0.05),and the combination group was significantly better than the rehabilitation exercise group(P<0.05).Compared with after one month of operation,the scores of PFIQ-7,sexual life quality questionnaire and PISQ-12 of the two groups were all significantly increased after three months of operation(P<0.05),and the combination group was significantly higher than the rehabilitation exercise group(P<0.05).Conclusion The biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with the pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise for patients with hysterectomy can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function,reduce the urine leakage,improve the scores of PISQ-12 and the quality of sexual life,with a better curative effect.
