摘要
分析了煤矿井下悬臂式掘进机液压系统的常见故障及原因,设计了液压故障诊断系统。当液压系统出现故障时,通过对运行参数的实时监测和分析,自动快速判断故障点,发出预警信息,辅助人员对液压系统进行快速检修,提高工作效率和安全性,并经过了井下应用验证。
The common faults and causes of the hydraulic system of the roadheader in coal mines are analyzed,and the hydraulic fault diagnosis system is designed.When the hydraulic system fails,through real-time monitoring and analysis of operating parameters,it can automatically and quickly determine the fault point,issue early warning information,and assist personnel to quickly repair the hydraulic system to improve work efficiency and safety,and has been verified by underground applications.
