一种膜片式流体滤波器的结构设计

摘要 该文以衰减液压系统压力脉动为研究对象,设计一种膜片式流体滤波器,对流体滤波器主容腔容积、共振腔容积、壳体壁厚等参数进行理论分析,并加工完成流体滤波器实验样机。依托液压振动测试实验平台,对滤波器性能进行实验测试。实验结果表明:膜片式流体滤波器可以对中、低频压力脉动进行衰减。 In order to reduce the hydraulic system pressure pulsation,a fluid filter with membrane structure is designed in this paper,the main cavity volume、resonant cavity volume and shell wall thickness of the fluid filter are theoretically analyzed,and the experimental prototype of the fluid filter is processed.An experiment on the hydraulic vibration test bench is held to find out the attenuation performance.The results show that:the fluid filter can attenuate the intermediate and low frequency pressure pulsation.
