摘要
目的:探讨羔羊胃颗粒在慢性萎缩性胃炎(GAS)大鼠中的作用效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法:SD大鼠40只随机分为正常组、模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组,各10只。低剂量组给予1.2g/(kg·d)灌胃,每日1次;高剂量组给予4.8g/(kg·d),每日1次;正常组和模型组给予等剂量生理盐水灌胃,每日1次。各组大鼠连续灌胃4周。采用HE染色法评价胃黏膜病理组织学;根据Cuth法计黏膜损伤指数;采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清GAS和MTL水平;采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平。结果:模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组胃黏膜损伤指数高于正常组(P<0.05);低剂量组和高剂量组胃黏膜损伤指数低于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量组胃黏膜损伤指数低于低剂量组(P<0.05)。模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组血清GAS水平低于正常组,而MTL水平高于正常组(P<0.05);低剂量组和高剂量组血清GAS水平高于模型组,而MTL水平低于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量组血清GAS水平高于低剂量组,而MTL水平低于低剂量组(P<0.05)。模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组血清IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平高于正常组,而IL-10水平低于正常组(P<0.05);低剂量组和高剂量组血清IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平低于模型组,而IL-10水平高于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量组血清IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平低于低剂量组,而IL-10水平高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:羔羊胃颗粒在GAS大鼠中作用效果明显,可减轻胃黏膜损伤,改善胃动力学,及减轻炎性反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of lamb gastric particles and its inflammatory factors in chronic atrophic gastritis(GAS)rats.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low dose group and high dose group,with 10 rats each.The low dose group was given 1.2g/(kg·d)once a day;the high dose group was given 4.8g/(kg·d)once a day;the normal group and the model group were given an equal dose of saline once a day.Rats from each group were gavaged for 4 weeks.The pathological histology of gastric mucosa was evaluated by HE staining,the mucosal damage index was measured by Cuth,measuring the serum GAS and MTL levels,and IL-1,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αlevels,respectively.Results:The gastric mucosa damage index was higher than the normal group(P<0.05);The gastric mucosal injury index was lower in the low and high dose groups than in the model group(P<0.05);The gastric mucosal injury index in the high-dose group was lower than that in the low-dose group(P<0.05).The serum gas level in the model group,low dose group and high dose group was lower than that in the normal group,while the MTL level was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05);The level of serum gas in low-dose group and high-dose group was higher than that in model group,while the level of MTL was lower than that in model group(P<0.05);The serum gas level in the high-dose group was higher than that in the low-dose group,while the MTL level was lower than that in the low-dose group(P<0.05).Serum IL-1 in model group,low dose group and high dose groupβ、IL-6 and TNF-αThe level of IL-10 was lower than that of normal group(P<0.05;Serum IL-1 in low dose group and high dose groupβ、IL-6 and TNF-αThe level of IL-10 was higher than that of model group(P<0.05;Serum IL-1 in high dose groupβ、IL-6 and TNF-α.The level of IL-10 was higher than that of low dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of yangyangwei granule in gas rats is obvious,which can reduce the damage of gastric mucosa,improve gastric dynamics,and reduce inflammatory reaction.
