摘要
主要研究了铜阳极泥在碱性环境下氢氧化钠浓度、液固比、温度、反应时间对砷浸出率的影响,并得到了较优工艺条件。最佳浸出条件为:液固比6∶1,氢氧化钠浓度60g/L,反应温度85℃,反应时间4h。在以上条件下,砷浸出率可达到98.81%。
In this article,the effects of sodium hydroxide concentration,liquid-solid ratio,temperature and reaction time on arsenic leaching rate of copper anode slime under alkaline conditions are studied,and the better process conditions are obtained.The optimum conditions are as follows:liquid-solid ratio 6∶1,sodium hydroxide concentration 60g/L,temperature 85℃,reaction time 4h.Under these conditions,arsenic leaching rate can reach 98.81%.
