脉冲磁场处理对铁钴合金性能和微观组织的影响

摘要 针对铁钴合金高钴含量和均匀化过程缓慢导致的机械加工困难、所需后处理时间长的问题,利用多物理场活化烧结技术(Micro-FAST)制备了铁钴合金,并采用脉冲磁场处理技术对铁钴合金进行了改性处理,结合微观组织的分析,对脉冲磁场的作用效果进行了讨论。结果表明:脉冲磁场处理技术可以改善合金的晶界缺陷状态和晶内缺陷,促进错排原子移动至晶格点阵位置;经脉冲磁场处理后,铁钴合金的饱和磁化强度从197.38 emu/g提高到214.11 emu/g,提升约8.5%,矫顽力从62.85 Oe降低至51.38 Oe,降低约18.2%;同时改善了合金的残余应力状态,残余应力平均降低约8.62%。 Aiming at the problems of difficult machining and long post-treatment time caused by high cobalt content and slow homogenization process of FeCo alloy,FeCo alloy was sintered by micro-forming fields activated sintering technology(Micro-FAST),and the FeCo alloy was modified by pulse magnetic field treatment technology.Combined with the analysis of microstructure,the effect of pulse magnetic field was discussed.The results show that the pulsed magnetic field treatment technology can improve the state of grain boundary defects and intragranular defects of the alloy,and promote the dislocation atoms to move to the ideal lattice position.After pulse magnetic field treatment,the saturation magnetization of the FeCo alloy increases from 197.38 emu/g to 214.11 emu/g,increases by about 8.5%,and the coercivity decreases from 62.85 Oe to 51.38 Oe,decreases by about 18.2%.At the same time,the residual stress state of the alloy is improved,and the average residual stress is reduced by about 8.62%.
