WC颗粒增强盾构机滚刀刀圈的组织性能 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高盾构机滚刀刀圈的耐磨寿命,将WC颗粒通过铸造方法加入到H13钢中,并采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、硬度计、冲击试验和磨损试验等研究了不同WC颗粒加入量对H13钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着WC颗粒加入量的增多,H13钢中碳化物的数量和硬度均逐渐升高。在加入量为1 mass%时,H13钢的综合力学性能最优。扫描电镜分析结果显示,WC颗粒加入H13钢后发生了重熔,并在基体中形成了含W的M_(6)C型碳化物。装机试验证明,WC颗粒增强盾构机滚刀刀圈使用寿命明显高于普通H13钢滚刀刀圈。 In order to improve the wear life of tunnel boring machine(TBM)cutter ring,WC particles were added to H13 steel by casting method,and the effects of different addition amounts of the WC particles on microstructure and properties of the H13 steel were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,hardness tester,impact test and wear test.The results show that the number of carbides in the matrix and the hardness of the H13 steel gradually increase with the increase of WC particles.When the addition amount of the WC particles is 1 mass%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the H13 steel are the best.The scanning electron microscopy analysis results show that the WC particles are re-melted after being added to the H13 steel,and MC carbides containing W are formed in the matrix.The installation experiment shows that the service life of the W_(6)C particle-reinforced H13 steel cutter ring of tunnel boring machine is significantly higher than that of ordinary H13 steel cutter ring.
