本文结合近年来对ANSI政策的追踪,对第五版《美国标准化战略》的原则和倡议的要点进行了讨论;结合我国相关的标准化战略和政策,在团体标准、国际标准、本国标准国际化、消费者参与、标准培训与教育等重点方面进行了详细对比分析,对钢铁行业如何借鉴美国标准化战略来开展标准化工作进行了讨论,对标准化工作如何对钢铁行业的高质量发展提供助力和支撑进行了展望。

This paper discusses the main points of principles and initiatives in the 5 th United States Standards Strategy combined with the policies of ANSI in recent years.It compares the standardization strategies and policies of United States and China in the important aspects such as consortia standards,international standards,internationalization of national standards,participation of consumers,as well as standardization education and training in detail.It also discusses how Chinese iron and steel industry should carry out standardization work by referencing the strategy in the United States,and makes a prospect for how standardization work should provide support for the high-quality development of iron and steel industry.
