2019年11月,合肥市轨道交通集团有限公司获批安徽省社会管理和公共服务综合标准化试点单位,以运营分公司为主体开展试点建设工作。公司在优化标准体系、推动标准实施、强化标准监督、提升服务能力、夯实工作基础方面精准发力,历时两年时间,高质量通过试点项目评估验收,体系运作流畅、操作规范有序、监督保障得力、人才基础扎实、创新成效凸显,标准化工作成果备受瞩目。“标准化+轨道交通”的发展模式对于丰富标准化建设领域、拓宽标准化建设内涵具有一定的理念创新和实际指导意义。

In November 2019,Hefei Rail Transit Group Co.,Ltd.was approved as the pilot unit of comprehensive standardization of social management and public services in Anhui province,and carried out the pilot construction with the operation branch as the main body.The company has made precise efforts in optimizing the standards system,promoting the implementation of standards,strengthening the standards supervision,improving the service capacity and consolidating the work foundation.It took two years to evaluate and accept the high-quality pilot projects.With smooth system,standardized and orderly operation,effective supervision and guarantee,solid talent foundation,and prominent innovation effect,the achievements of standardization work have attracted much attention.The development mode of "standardization+rail transit" has certain conceptual innovation and practical guiding significance for enriching the field of standardization construction and broadening the connotation of standardization construction.
