摘要
当前,国内轨道交通已处于高速发展阶段,但是由于城市轨道交通涉及管理层次多、技术专业多、建设运营阶段多、技术产品迭代速度快等复杂性的特点,致使轨道交通在建设与运营管理等方面尚存在诸多不足和难点。如何以标准化工作管理为抓手,解决网络化建设与运营管理多方面存在的问题,保障高质量发展目标,本文介绍了青岛地铁集团通过立足自身业务流程、管理事项、岗位设置等关键要素,开展企业标准化工作管理体系研究和实践,并以国家城市轨道交通公共服务标准化试点建设为契机不断完善提升的成功案例,为国内城市轨道交通企业开展以企业标准化工作管理为基础的现代化科学管理体系建设提供了经验借鉴。
Currently,the domestic rail transit system is in a stage of rapid development.However,due to the complexity of urban rail transit,such as multiple management levels,diverse technical specialties,multiple construction and operation stages,and rapid replacement of technologies and products,there are still many deficiencies and difficulties in the construction and operation management of rail transit.How to solve the existing multiple problems in rail transit networking constructional and operational management with standardization management method to ensure high quality development goals has attracted the attention of the industry.This paper introduces the successful cases of Qingdao Metro Co.,Ltd.in carrying out the research and practice of enterprise standardization system based on their own business processes,management matters,post settings and other key elements,and continuously improving its standardized management level as an undertaker of national standardization pilot project on urban rail transit public services,providing experiences and references for domestic urban rail transit enterprises to develop a modern scientific management system based on enterprise standardization.
