电子、通信和信息技术产品在预期用途和合理可预见的误用情况下可能会带来一定的伤害风险,从产品设计阶段开始应对这些风险进行危险识别、风险预测和风险评估,本文从产品电路设计、结构设计和原材料选择等对这些风险采取适当的防护措施,把风险降低到可容许的程度,以达到安全的目的。

Electronic,communication and information technology products may bring certain injury risks under expected use and reasonably foreseeable misuse.These risks shall be identified,predicted and assessed from the product design stage,and appropriate protective measures shall be taken for these risks from the product circuit design,structural design and raw material selection,so as to reduce the risks to an acceptable level and achieve the purpose of safety.
