Analysis of the Differences between Microbial Limit Test of Drugs and Microbial Test of Food

目的:分析药品微生物限度检查和食品微生物检验之间的差异,提高相关人员的检验水平。方法:通过比较发现,两者在检验标准与判定依据、实验环境要求、采样方案、方法验证、培养基质控、具体操作过程等方面均有显著不同。结果:药品微生物限度检查和食品微生物检验在很多方面存在差异。结论:二者相互借鉴,取长补短,共同进步。相关检验人员必须精准掌握二者的差异,提升检验水平,做好人民食药安全的卫士。

Objective:To find the differences between microbial limit test of drugs and microbial test of food,and improve the inspection level of relevant personnel.Methods:It was found that there were differences between the two in terms of inspection standards and judgment basis,experimental environment requirements,sampling scheme,method verification,medium quality control and specific operation process.Results:There were many differences between microbial limit test of drugs and microbial test of food.Conclusion:The two can learn from each other and make progress together.Relevant inspectors must accurately grasp the differences between the two,improve the level of inspection,and do a good job of guarding people’s food and drug safety.
