一次性溶解快速联测生铁中Si、Mn、P含量标样十字相乘法研究

摘要 生铁元素含量分析贯穿整个生产加工检验过程,是指导工艺生产的基础,其中以Si、Mn、P三种元素含量最为重要,如何能快速、准确、高效地分析化学成分元素含量显得尤为重要。本文研究提出的一次性溶解快速联测生铁中Si、Mn、P含量标样十字相乘法具有易操作、耗材少、快速、准确、高效的特点,并且通过重复测试、人员比对、标准物质再测对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法的准确性符合标准要求。 The analysis of pig iron contents runs through the whole process of production,processing and inspection.It is the basis of guiding the production process,among which the contents of Si,Mn and P are the most important elements.How to quickly,accurately and efficiently analyze the content of chemical elements is particularly important.This paper studies and proposes that the cross phase multiplication of standard samples for Si,Mn and P contents in pig iron by quick measurement with one-time solution has the characteristics of easy operation,less material consumption,rapidness,accuracy and efficiency,and validates the method through repeated tests,personnel comparison,and standard material remeasurement.The results show that the accuracy of method accords with standard requirement.
