人工智能的不断发展与进步推动着养老服务行业的转型升级,让养老服务更加精准化、专业化。人工智能背景下的高职院校养老服务人才培养要求已经逐渐不能满足当前飞速发展的智能养老新模式,为此,高职院校应积极探索养老服务人才培养新标准,及时调整人才培养方案,促进人工智能与养老服务行业之间的有效结合。

The continuous development and progress of artificial intelligence is promoting the transformation and upgrading of the old-age service industry,making the service more accurate and professional.The requirements for oldage service talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the background of artificial intelligence gradually cannot satisfy the current rapid development of intelligent old-age mode.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should actively explore new standard on old-age service talent cultivation,adjust the talent cultivation scheme,and promote the effective combination between artificial intelligence and old-age services.
