阴道镜联合宫颈环形电切术的规范化治疗方案对高级别鳞状上皮内病变的改善分析

Analysis of the Improvement of High-grade Squamous Intraepithelial Neoplasia by the Standardized Treatment Plan of Colposcopy Combined with Cervical Circular Resection

目的:分析阴道镜联合宫颈环形电切术的规范化治疗方案对高级别鳞状上皮内病变的改善效果。方法:本文总共纳入80例实验对象,均是2019年10月至2021年10月,江苏省扬州市江都妇幼保健院诊治的高级别鳞状上皮内病变患者,利用电脑盲选法进行分组,分为对照组(n=40,宫颈锥切术)与研究组(n=40,阴道镜+宫颈环形电切术)。对比分析两组的手术指标以及并发症。结果:在手术时长、术中出血量、阴道流液天数以及住院天数上,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率上,与对照组相比,研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论:阴道镜+宫颈环形电切术用于高级别鳞状上皮内病变的效果良好,临床可进一步推广运用。

Objective:To analyze the improvement effect of colposcopy combined with cervical circular resection on the improvement of high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:A total of 80 experimental subjects were included in this paper,all of whom were patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia who came to Jiangdu Maternity and Child Health Hospital for diagnosis and treatment from October 2019 to October 2021.They were grouped by computer blind selection method and divided into control group(n=40,cervical conization) and study group(n=40,colposcopy+cervical circular resection).The surgical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,days of vaginal discharge and days of hospitalization in the study group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colposcopy+cervical circular resection has a good effect in high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia,and it can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
