关于标准化摄食训练结合改良康复护理吞咽操对脑卒中吞咽障碍康复患者的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Standardized Feeding Training Combined with Improved Rehabilitation Nursing Swallowing Exercises on Stroke Patients with Swallowing Disorder

目的:研究脑卒中吞咽障碍康复护理中使用标准化摄食训练与护理吞咽操联合方案的效果。方法:选取合肥市第二人民医院康复科2019年1月~2020年12月收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,以随机数字表法挑选64例,观察组与对照组各32例,对照组常规护理支持,观察组使用标准化摄食训练与护理吞咽操联合方案,比较两组护理4周后蛙田饮水试验评级与反复唾液吞咽次数。结果:观察组蛙田饮水试验评级优于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05);观察组反复唾液吞咽次数明显多于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中吞咽障碍康复患者中,使用标准化摄食训练与吞咽操联合措施,能够提高康复患者的吞咽功能,巩固康复效果。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized feeding training and nursing swallowing exercises in the rehabilitation nursing of swallowing disorder after stroke.Methods:64 stroke patients with dysphagia treated in the Department of Rehabilitation,the Second People’s Hospital of Hefei from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected by random number table method.There were 32 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.The control group received routine nursing support,and the observation group used the combination scheme of standardized feeding training and rehabilitation nursing swallowing exercises.The frog field drinking water test rating and repeated salivary swallowing times of the two groups after 4 weeks of nursing were compared.Results:The rating of frog field drinking water test in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);The number of repeated salivary swallowing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia,the combination of standardized feeding training nursing and swallowing exercises can improve the swallowing function and consolidate the rehabilitation effect.
