摘要
目的:研究糖尿病健康教育中临床护理路径标准化管理的应用效果。方法:选取在上海市嘉定区中医医院就诊的糖尿病患者60例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上实施临床护理路径标准化管理,统计两组患者的健康知识掌握情况以及心理状态。结果:观察组患者的健康知识掌握情况以及心理状态均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对糖尿病患者健康教育的过程中可以融入临床护理路径标准化管理,不仅可以提升患者对于相关理论知识的了解程度,还可以使患者感受到护理人员的温暖,具有较高的临床意义,建议推广。
Objective:To study the application effect of standardized management of clinical nursing pathway in diabetes health education.Methods:60 cases of diabetes patients in Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group implemented standardized clinical nursing path management on the basis of the control group.The health knowledge mastery and psychological status of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The health knowledge and mental state of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized management of clinical nursing path can be integrated in the process of health education for diabetes patients,which cannot only improve patients’ understanding of relevant theoretical knowledge,but also make patients feel the warmth of nursing staff,which has high clinical significance and is recommended to be promoted.
