标准化护理用于健康体检肠镜检查中对肠道准备效果影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Nursing on Intestinal Preparation during Colonoscopy in Health Examination

目的:分析标准化护理用于健康体检肠镜检查中对肠道准备效果的影响。方法:选取在上海市嘉定区中医医院就诊的健康体检肠镜检查患者60例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行标准化护理,统计两组患者的护理质量评分、胃肠镜检查时间以及一次插镜成功率。结果:观察组患者的护理质量评分以及一次插镜成功率优于对照组(P<0.05),胃肠镜检查时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床健康体检肠镜检查肠道准备的过程中,应在常规护理的基础上进行标准化护理,对于护理的细节进行不断地系统性分析,从而为患者提供科学的护理方案,不仅可以改善患者的肠镜检查时间,还可以保证患者的一次插镜成功率,在临床具有较高的价值,在有效提升患者护理质量评分的同时,改善患者对于护理工作的固有认知,建议在临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on intestinal preparation in health examination colonoscopy.Methods:60 cases of healthy physical examination patients undergoing colonoscopy in Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group,and standardized nursing was carried out in the observation group.The nursing quality score,gastroenteroscopy time and the success rate of a single lens insertion were counted.Results:The score of nursing quality and the success rate of endoscopic insertion in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the time of gastro enteroscopy was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical healthy check-up colonoscopy examination of bowel preparation process,standardized nursing should be carried out on the basis of conventional nursing care,constant systematic analysis should be given to the details of nursing,thus providing scientific nursing schemes for patients.It can not only improve the endoscopic check time of patients,but also ensure the success rate of mirror for patients with high clinical value.While effectively improving patient nursing quality score,it also improves patients’ inherent cognition of nursing work,which is suggested to be promoted in clinical practice.
