中医护理临床路径在老年骨折患者标准化管理中的应用

Application of TCM Nursing Clinical Pathway in Standardized Management of Elderly Fracture Patients

目的:研究中医护理临床路径在老年骨折患者标准化管理中的应用。方法:开展本次研究期间,选择2020年12月至2021年12月期间到吉林省吉林中西医结合医院接受治疗的老年骨折患者,将患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)以及观察组(中医护理临床路径),研究患者护理情况。结果:不同患者住院时间及并发症发生率差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中医临床护理路径可以促进老年骨折患者恢复,避免其发生并发症,因此值得在临床中进行推广。

Objective:To study the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical pathway in the standardized management of elderly fracture patients.Methods:During the period of this study,elderly fracture patients who were treated in Jilin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing) and observation group(clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine nursing) to study the nursing situation of patients.Results:The length of stay and the incidence of complications in different patients were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing clinical pathway can promote the recovery of elderly fracture patients and avoid their complications,so it is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
