围散刺络拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床研究

Clinical Study on Blood-letting Pricking of Weisan Combined with Cupping in the Treatment of Acute Herpes Zoster

目的 观察围散刺络拔罐对急性期带状疱疹的近期及远期疗效。方法 将64例急性期带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,对照组采用抗病毒、营养神经治疗,治疗组在抗病毒、营养神经治疗的基础上在局部采用围散刺络拔罐疗法,分别在治疗1、3、5、7次后对痛觉、临床疗效进行评价,治疗结束后1个月对远期疗效进行评价。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.88%(31/32),高于对照组患者的78.13%(25/32)(P<0.05)。治疗前2组带状疱疹急性期患者的视觉模拟评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,治疗组患者的VAS评分为(1.85±0.78)分,明显优于对照组患者的(4.32±1.61)分(P<0.05)。治疗组遗留后遗神经痛的比例(6.25%)明显低于对照组(34.38%)(P<0.05)。结论 围散刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹急性期起效快,治愈率高,有效避免后遗神经痛的发生,且操作方便,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To observe the short-term and long-term effect on acute herpes zoster via blood-letting pricking of Weisan combined with cupping.Methods 64 patients with acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 32 cases in control group were treated with antiviral and nerve nutrition. Patients in the treatment group were treated with blood-letting pricking of Weisan combined with cupping on the basis of antiviral and nerve nutrition. We evaluated the clinical effect respectively in the treatment of1, 3, 5, 7 times, and evaluated long-term effect after 1 month with completion of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96. 88%(31/32), which was higher than that in the controlled group(78. 13%, 25/32)(P< 0. 05). There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS) score between the two groups before treatment(P> 0. 05). After treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was(1. 85 ± 0. 78), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(4. 32 ± 1. 61)(P< 0. 05).Conclusion Blood-letting pricking of Weisan combined with cupping has a quick onset and high cure rate on herpes zoster with acute stage,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia. And it is reliable to be widely used in clinic due to convenience and safety.
