中医综合护理联合低频脉冲理疗对产后缺乳患者的影响

The Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Low-frequency Pulse Physiotherapy on Postpartum Hypogalaction Patients

目的 探讨中医综合护理联合低频脉冲理疗对产后缺乳的治疗效果。方法 选择抚顺市第二医院妇产科2019年8月—2020年8月收治的产后缺乳患者97例作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序进行编号,根据编号单双数将其分为观察组(49例)和对照组(48例)。对照组采用低频脉冲理疗进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医综合护理干预,比较2组干预后泌乳量及配方奶粉补乳量、乳房充盈程度及治疗效果。结果 干预后观察组泌乳量高于对照组,补乳量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组乳房充盈程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医综合护理联合低频脉冲理疗能够提高产后缺乳患者的泌乳量,提高乳房充盈程度,同时提高治疗有效率。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with low-frequency pulse physiotherapy on patients with postpartum lactation.Methods A total of 97 postpartum lactation patients who were admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology in the Second Hospital of Fushun from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects, numbered according to the order of visits, and they were divided into observation group(n=49)) and the control group(n=48)according to odd and even numbers. The control group was treated with low-frequency pulse physiotherapy, and the observation group was combined with the integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. The breast milk production and formula milk powder supplementation, the degree of filling and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the intervention, the milk production of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the milk supplementation was lower than that of the control group, and there had significant differences between the groups(P< 0. 05). After the intervention, the breast filling degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P< 0. 05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P< 0. 05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with low-frequency pulse physiotherapy can increase the lactation of patients with postpartum hypogalactia, increase the degree of breast filling, and improve the efficiency of treatment at the same time.
