养任调冲汤联合中医特色护理对围绝经期综合征患者的影响

Effect of Yangren Tiaochong Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing on Perimenopausal Syndrome Patients

目的 分析养任调冲汤联合中医特色护理对肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者血清性激素水平的影响。方法 选取江西省赣州市人民医院2019年3月—2020年9月收治的肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者63例作为研究对象,根据现有临床资料分为2组,研究组给予养任调冲汤联合中医特色护理干预(32例),对照组实施常规护理(31例),对比分析2组患者血清性激素水平、心理状态以及Kupperman症状评分。结果 研究组血清性激素水平FSH、E_(2)、LH等均较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05);研究组心理负性情况改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Kupperman症状评分较对照组更低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者实施养任调冲汤联合中医特色护理对于改善性激素水平、降低症状评分效果良好,可明显改善患者症状,临床上值得应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Yangren Tiaochong decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on serum sex hormone levels of perimenopausal syndrome patients with yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods 63 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney type admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the existing clinical data, they were divided into two groups. The study group(32 cases) was given Yangren Tiaochong decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, and the control group(31 cases) was given routine nursing. Serum sex hormone level, psychological state and Kupperman symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results Serum sex hormone levels of FSH, E_(2)and LH in the study group were more significantly improved than those in the control group(P< 0. 05). The improvement of negative psychological condition in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). The Kupperman symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P< 0. 05).Conclusion Through the implementation of Yangren Tiaochong decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for perimenopausal syndrome patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency type, the effect is good for improving sex hormone level and reducing symptom score, which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
